Remo is still the king!

Just put the 20" Ambassador on my bass drum. I use this for jazz, the drum is muffled from the outside with an open batter head. When played open the bass really sings and placing the muffler on it gives me more control. I will never use any thing other than Remo. I've tried others but nothing ever comes close.

Look a head is a head. But the service you get when you buy the head means a lot. Often I need gear soon (session In 3 days, better get that thing that will be perfect for the session. ) With Steve Weiss I can be sure the thing I ordered will arrive the next day or the day after with no exception.
