I've owned the 22" Remo Ocean drum for many years and have often given it in its different sizes, as gifts. To me it's an object of beauty in both sound and vision. Mine is hung on the wall, on a rosewood plate stand above my meditation area. It is one of my most prized possessions.

This drum is a must have! Beautiful sound of waves crashing when played.Everyone that experiences it wants one! The drum came very quickly too! I'm so excited to have this and plan on using it in my healing practice!

Got the 16" model and just love it! Just enough surface area to keep the sound rolling smoothly. Very realistic sounds of a crashing wave or gentle waters lapping at the shoreline. Great for sultry song intros and background ambiance. Can also be used as a frame drum. Or just as a cool conversation piece on the coffee table!

Definitely a different instrument and sound than the smaller version. Has more volume as well as versatility.
