My experience with Stoessel beaters is great. They sound great and feel great. That being said, for some reason its hard to find the right one. There have been several occasions where I tried purchasing a model and a website didn't have the one I wanted, and several occasions where I purchased a steel beater and got a brass one, and purchased a brass beater, and got a steel one. The picture for this beater is clearly made of brass, not steel, but the one I was given is made of steel?? Not exactly sure what happened there
