Great general purpose mallets for entire range of my xylophone. Well balanced and weighted. Highly recommend these.

Nice Mallets!

Great for xylophone, and vibraphone. I would hesitate to use these mallets on a marimba--perhaps they would work well on synthetic wood. On xylophone they have a little bit of trouble producing sound in the upper register. But that is the case with any medium hard rubber mallet.
