Great overall mallets book

This is a great book for teaching mallets to students at various age levels. It is concise, yet introduces scales, reading, melody memorization, and even 4-mallet technique will most of the major keys and some of the minor keys. The CD that comes with it is great, there aren't too many mallet books out there with recordings of all the material. The only thing that I do differently than most books is to introduce major keys along with its relative minor key simultaneously, instead of a bunch of major keys then the minor ones - not that big of a deal. Highly recommended!
