Awesomely trashy and responsive. Takes a little time to "play in". The tone evens out and blends beautifully after a few weeks of continuous use.
Description
Weiss 14" china cymbal is often referred to as a Lion Cymbal, because of the distinctive shape, cylindrical bell (traditionally the cymbal's handle) and turned-up edges. Hand-made in Wuhan China this cymbal produces an explosive, trashy, and authentic sound. The china cymbals are capable of a wide range of trashy accents while still being clear enough to find a place in many musical settings.

I own the 12", 14", 16", 18" and 20" Models of these, and they put my Zildjian 18" High China to SHAME!! The sound is perfect, the price is amazing, and they are just wonderful to have! They are stamped "made in wuhan china", so you know they are good!

The Weiss China used to be awesome. This new version is awful. And more expensive. No longer worth it. I'll be looking for a new China :(
