The chimes sounds perfect and the package arrive on the promised date. I was looking for the 5 tone chimes, I hope you have them available in the future.

The total quality and volume of the lower three notes is fine. The highest bar, however, sounds muted for the same level of mallet attack. I've checked the fasteners and they're similarly loose for all four bars. Still, for some reason I must got the uppermost bar much harder than the others to obtain the same volume.

This is the second set of these chimes I've purchased. We use them for our conferences to help with transition from breaks and breakouts. The sound is pleasant and easy to hear even with a lot of talking. I also am a former primary school teacher, and these would be great for classroom use as well.

Meant to take to our Gala to call guests to dinner. Unfortunately, I forgot them! So I don't know if they would have worked or not. But it has beautiful sound!
