If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to help with your concern. We will accept returns on items for up to 30 days after the invoice date for exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding ACTUAL shipping charges) provided that the product is in new condition with all original packaging. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and can be returned for store credit only. Items cannot be returned after 45 days.
Please be sure that your return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package and include a copy of your invoice, along with reason for return. Packages received without a proper authorization return number will be subject to additional fees. Sheet Music, Method Books, Videos, Recordings, Whistles, Bird Calls, Used/Demo Products, AS-IS Product and Special Order items are NOT RETURNABLE for any reason.
To ensure that your return is handled properly, you must receive a return authorization number prior to sending products back. Download a return form, call us at (215) 659-0100, or email us to obtain your return authorization number. Upon receiving the authorization number, please return the item via an insured carrier (UPS or Postal Service) to:

If you receive a duplicate shipment due to an error on our part, we will arrange for the return of the entire order, at our expense, and credit the entire invoice amount.
We receive a large volume of orders each day, and we are sometimes not able to catch orders that are sent to us more than once. If you fax, mail, email, phone in, or place an internet order more than once, it will likely be duplicated. You can help prevent this by indicating "Do not duplicate" on your order. In this case, we will credit your account for the return of all products, but you will be responsible for paying the initial, as well as the return shipping costs.
Changing or Canceling Orders
In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (215) 659-0100 with your request. If your order has not been packed for shipment, we will do everything possible to make any changes you request. Our goal is to fully process your order within a few hours of receiving it, so changes may not be possible.
Please inspect your order carefully and completely upon receipt. Customers have 7 days from the day you accept delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was shipped or any damages to items in your order. If you are missing an item from your order, or if you were shipped an incorrect item, we will do our best to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
