I use these for my middle schoolers. We only do a couple of marching events a year. These are prefect to mount and to keep sticks with the drums at all times. Students don't even have to bring their own sticks in. I supply them, tape them, and they stay with the drum all of the time. Use these for the snares and tenors.

Love this bag!

I use this bag to hold mallets while performing. I constantly switch between using 2 and 4 mallets, so wearing this around my waist gives me a mallet quiver! So easy to pick up 2 or drop 2 into the bag at my side.

The percussion section really likes the stick bags. Keeps everyone organized and no more lost sticks.

This bag is great for the price. So far, the velcro is good and the construction seems to be good. The only bad thing is the sticks set high in the bag, meaning they are above the rim. If you only use one set of sticks, it's a perfect bag.

Good quality and price, but too short

I purchased several of these bags for the line that I instruct. The price was the main factor in the initial decision, but I was worried about the quality given the relative cost of the bags. So far (after about a month) the bags are holding up well and seem to be on par quality-wise with the VF bags. However, I would not purchase them again as they are too short. When attached to the upper rim on a Pearl or Dynasty marching snare, the sticks stick up about 2-3 inches above the rim. If you are only using them for storage of sticks when not playing, they may be a nice, inexpensive alternative, If you want to use them to hold extra/alternate sticks while playing, I would not recommend them. We had to mount the bags at 9:00 on the drum (player 6:00/far side 12:00) to get them out of the way - and I don't like the visual of the sticks protruding above the rim.
