welp

Comments:

These basically feel like standard marching sticks with system blue printed on them. They also weren't pitch matched but I guess I should have expected that.

Fantastic

Comments:

HS percussion instructor/lifelong student here. I have been using Ralph Hardimon's Vic Firth sticks for over a decade. They, until today, have been my favorite marching snare stick. Today I purchased my first pair of Scott Johnson's Pro Mark sticks. Oh. My. Fantastic! A bit larger (which I didn't know if I would like but I DO) and very well balanced. I have a new favorite. To a previous comment, yes, you are going to get crappy sticks from any manufacturer when you order bulk. I suggest taking the time and finding a Steve Weiss or GC or wherever and match your pairs yourself. It is an issue with every stick from every manufacturer and always will be. It doesn't mean the rating for this particular stick should suffer.

Uhh wow

Comments:

When I first used this stick, it felt heavy but with great rebound. After a few days, it was feeling great. The sound quality is incredible and the stick is incredibly durable. It is super fun to mess around with and do crazy stick tricks with! I would recommend this for anyone who is comfortable and familiar with marching snares.

Clarification needed

Comments:

It would be good to add a clarification that when ordering, it comes in a pair. I wasn't sure, so I ordered what I thought was two items, when it was actually two pairs.

Very well balanced stick

Comments:

These sticks give off a really great feel. They aren't too hefty, but they aren't too thin either. The only thing that's bad about them is that they're made by ProMark, who aren't too strict about pitch-pairing their sticks. I'd recommend these sticks for anyone who is looking for a versatile medium sized stick.

quality control?

Comments:

I am a hs percussion instructor from Texas. The feel and playability of these sticks is nice. They really make you earn your notes. The problem with these sticks is that I have gotten 3 dead pair in a 10 pair order. This isn't the first time either. That is pathetic! Unless you are a corps, you get the crap thats left after they get the balanced and matched pairs, if they exist. It's a great stick idea, but really poor quality. Please fix it.
