Big fan of these sticks. But on of the sticks was already dead when I received them so I haven't been able to use them

These sticks are heavy enough with a big bead and deliver a large full sound. I use them for all my general snare drum playing except when a specialty stick is needed.
My timpani were swapped out for a Yamaha DTX-12 because of space limitations. Of course, timpani mallets are too big for the DTX-12 pads. These sticks respond on the pads better than anything else I have - almost are realistic as timpani mallets on real timpanis!
amazing sticks, especially for scheherazade and the fast ppp Prokofiev excerpts. rolls sound great with these too super articulate!!
Very light and great to use
I love these sticks! Great rebound with a mild attack. While perfect for playing softer passages, these have unexpectedly become my go-to sticks when reading a piece for the first time. They require minimal effort to execute complex phrases and tight, even rolls. As I improve on the piece, I step up to my other favorite, the Genis 1. I have two pair of each of the Genis models, one set in my bag, another set in my practice space.
I like this stick, but I need to play with them more to get a better feel for them. It's a well made stick with good balance, nice weight. I'd recommend them. I think they could be a decent all-around general stick for the concert hall, even if they are recommended/designed for quick, soft playing. I don't know yet but it certainly feels like it could.
These sticks have such great rebound and are a great fit to the ensemble. The description couldn't be more Accurate.
