Kaleidoscope is now a performance classic by Arthur Lipner. This medium/advanced level 4-mallet vibraphone solo is a transcription of the composer's live performance. Althought the idea is to play the written notes exactly, they were at one point arbitrary and flexible as the composer created this arrangement.

Comments:

Post office managed to tear not only the outer packaging, but also the music on the spine side so each page was affected and made it difficult to turn the pages. Emailed Steve Weiss Music and they replaced it without fuss and double packaged it. Music arrived in great condition - however, the printing quality of the music left a little to be desired, it is "dotty" and not crisp like it should be.
