Post office managed to tear not only the outer packaging, but also the music on the spine side so each page was affected and made it difficult to turn the pages. Emailed Steve Weiss Music and they replaced it without fuss and double packaged it. Music arrived in great condition - however, the printing quality of the music left a little to be desired, it is "dotty" and not crisp like it should be.
