Hello, I can't really share my opinion about this purchase because I haven't got it yet. I understand because of the pandemic things are slowing down, however, I would've wanted Steve Weiss Music to have some sort of message on their website saying that they might have delays. I also got to say that when I talked to them regarding my purchase and its delay, they were so nice and respectful which tells me that they care about their customers. They actually told me that I could ask for reimbursement but I didn't just because they showed me that they care, so I want to support companies about music because I'm a musician and even more, when they showed me that they care.
