Stubbs’s Triangle Hanger incorporates insulators at every point of contact to isolate the triangle and prevent vibrational transfer. This is the second of the Ann Stubbs Triangle Hanger I have purchased. Both are extremely functional especially when have a quick change to other battery instruments. I loved the first one I purchased therefore the purchase of the second. An excellent product

As a professional in the field, I've made my triangle hangers from supplies at ACE hardware. Although functional not as much as the Stubbs triangle holder. The holder is by far the most efficient hanger that I have used. Quite excellent when you have a limited time to pick up the triangle for best sound. Very "sound" engineering! I recommend it to all percussionists.

This thing is basically perfect. The strings are very light but tough. I have three, one from 2002, and it's still working perfect as the day I bought it. I would caution tossing it to middle/high school students along with thicker, heavy triangles like an Abel Symphonic, as I've seen them in schools with broken strings. With a little "Care and Feeding" conversation and regular follow-up the clip is great for any normal use.

ALMOST perfect

The holder itself is designed really well, great from an ergonomic standpoint. My biggest concern, in the long run, is how well the cord(s) will hold up. I would NOT recommend this for a school setting, simply because of the cords. If it weren't so expensive, I'd buy another and see if I could replace the existing cords with secure-a-tie loops.
