Koshinski's Book, "TWO" functions as a better supplement to this, if you're really looing for his methods. This book is about twenty pages of a few exercises with mostly descriptions on how to create permutations on the exercises. If you want two mallet method that is all comprehensive, get G.H. Green's books. If you want Koshinski's stuff, get "TWO", which is excellent. This book does not offer much with the already existing options.
