Hasenpflug-All Times Identical-M

All Times Identical (to Recent Years) by Thom Hasenpflug was commissioned by Thomas Burritt. This 5 octave marimba solo requires four mallets and is meant to be played as one work with no significant pause between movements. Of this piece Hasenpflug writes, "One of the works I am proudest of musically, this 3 movement work is played as one piece of music through three "times": the time of oceans, the time of machine, and the time of love and war."
