Description
The Junior Percussion series has been conceived in practice for use in practice. The ensemble pieces published here are "cut to size" for music school students. Each volume included two pieces which generally share the same orchestration and level of difficulty.
In Ritmo Bagatello and Quattro Stazione, two drum head instruments are combined with two wooden instruments. Both pieces can be performed with extended instrumentation, by doubling or tripling all or just single parts.

Elisabeth Amandi was born in Bamberg, Germany and began her musical studies i 1967 at the conservatory in Wurzburg. She majored in bass drum\percussion instruments with Siegfried Fink at the advanced school for music in Wurzburg. She has been working at music schools in the Munich area since 1976 and directing various percussion ensembles including participants of all ages.
