Description
Autumnal Overture by Marco Schirripa for solo 5-octave marimba. This piece was created when Paul Millette asked the composer for a solo that was sensitive and beautiful. The result is a piece with slow, chorale-style textures intermixed with small pockets of groove, and a mathematical harmonic style that is dissonant but not abrasive.
