This is one of the best books to help improve your sight-reading! I highly recommend it to any musician.

This book surpasses Ted Reed's "Syncopation" in terms of practicality. "Syncopation" is essentially bar after bar of syncopated rhythms, with few or no rests. The exercises in this book have more space, and are laid out much like real charts. The notation varies (as it does in real charts), so it's great sight-reading material.
