I wouldn't recommend the book. The information is basically... tighten or loosen head for desired pitch. If a person needs help with tuning, this won't be of aid. For example, its "section" on head selection just says jazz players use a medium weight head, while rock uses heavier weight. I can't believe Alfred Publishing would even print this book. I'd give it a negative star if available.
