This is probably going to come down to personal preference, but for me, there are other options in this price range I prefer. This product is completely fine - I don't really have COMPLAINTS about it - it just didn't hold up head-to-head against some other options for me. Specifically, the balance of the overtones was not as pleasing as the alternatives.
I'm willing to bet there are percussionists out there who firmly disagree with my opinion, with equally valid reasons as to why this one is the best. Unfortunately the only way for each individual to know for sure is to hear it themselves.

Good choice as I stepped into the "upper" market of triangles. Great and rich sound. Fast shipping as well.

Can't recommend Black Swamp enough for triangles and tambourines. This is a great triangle for general use, quality product and excellent sound. Highly recommend adding a clip to your purchase, they are also well made and hold the triangle perfectly.

A very clean and crisp sounding triangle. In my opinion it sounds like an Abel, but better (I'm not a big fan of the Abel)!!! The tone is a little more complex sounding, but still really clear. The sound is consistent throughout the dynamic range. If someone asks me what triangle they should get, I would suggest this one.
