I got this for my 17 yr old son, he's a percussionist, and loves it, he says it's great quality!
Description
The Black Swamp SPSET-1 Spectrum Triangle Beater set includes a single set of the 3 models of Spectrum Beaters. Includes one each of the SPEC1 (light), SPEC2 (medium), SPEC3 (heavy) and a Black Swamp Triangle Beater bag.
SPEC1 Light 1/4" - For lighter musical situations.
SPEC2 Medium 5/16" - For a majority of musical situations.
SPEC3 Heavy 3/8" - For a full sound and louder dynamics.
Spectrum triangle beaters are the finest end-weighted beaters available. The solid bronze ends are CNC machined, then highly polished and permanently attached to a stainless steel handle. The rubber grip reduces vibration and increases both control and comfort during performance. Because the actual beater surface is over 1" long, you can also perform corner rolls at an angle, which produces a fuller sounding roll.

NOT recommended for middle school percussionists

I'm sure these beaters are perfect for the professional and even high school percussionist. However, they are too delicate for middle school percussionists. I'm a middle school band director who prides himself on instilling my students, especially percussion students, with treating all instruments and accessories with the utmost respect and care. Within one school year, all three triangle beaters broke in half where the bronze meets the stainless steel handle. For this reason, I am giving them a 1 star rating. NOT recommended for young percussionists.

This is an almost perfect combination of triangle beaters for all sort of music. The only beater missing here is the tear drop beater. But a set i would recommend for everyone that like to play the triangle.
