Blume-Hit It! (SP)-P

Hit It! by Brian Blume is an exciting piece for younger (or simply less experienced) performers that incorporates various interlocking grooves and fun coordination challenges.

Each performer carries multiple responsibilities by playing two instruments/surfaces (with the exception of Percussion 5) and performing sections utilizing stomps and claps. This piece is great for building awareness within the group as players work to fit their rhythms with those around them. Most importantly, Hit It! is intended to provide an opportunity for performers to have fun making music together.
