Description
Herbert Brun's "Mutatis Mutandis" is a set of graphics drawn by a plotter controlled by a computer programmed by the composer. They are not to be read conventionally as scores; rather, Brun invites the interpreter(s) to apply processes of their own invention which might have generated the graphics and to derive a performance from that. In other words, to compose inspired by the graphical structures.
