Buggert-Introduction and Fugue-P/4T/X/M/C/PN

Introduction and Fugue was written for the University of Wichita Percussion Ensemble, and was first performed in November 1954. The work begins with an introduction in free form and continues with the fugue using contrapuntal devices in rhythm only.
