I am of an advanced high school/early undergraduate percussionist level, and this book fit my needs perfectly! The explanations and pictures of different techniques were so detailed that they answered any question I could possibly have. I was especially appreciative of how comprehensive the section on mallet dampening was. The pieces inside were wonderful but also helped make use of the techniques learned throughout the book. I would highly recommend this to any undergraduate percussion student looking to tackle vibraphone playing seriously.
