A substantial 5 player work which can be played on 5 marimbas or 3 (performance notes given in the score). Originally a Koto quintet, this arrangement by Brain Zator faithfully reproduces the essence of the original work by using many different playing areas on the bars for tonal variations, repeated note 'tremolo' figures and extensive grace note ornaments.
