Car Spanking: A Fantasy for Percussion by Christopher Coleman is a percussion ensemble piece scored for 9 players. Constantly changing complex meters characterize this fascinating composition. The great title is only the beginning of the fun of this terrific concert finale, which won first place in the 1992 PAS Composition Contest.
