Hiller-Catalog III for Percussion-P/3T/B/X/2M

Katalog III by Wilfried Hiller is a trio for percussion. This piece is the third in a series of five "Katalog" pieces by Hiller and was commissioned by the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts, Munich.

Instrumentation:

Player 1 - Glockenspiel, Xylophone, Sandblock, Glass (tuned to Ab), Jaycall

Player 2 - Vibraphone (without motor), 2 Congas, 2 Bongos, 5 Templeblocks, Glasses (tuned to G and Eb), Bass Drum (shared with player 3), Marimba (4.3-octave), Triangle, Woodblock, Slapstick, Hi-Hat

Player 3 - Timpani, Marimba (4.3-octave), Bass Drum, Swanee Flute (slide whistle), Glasses (pitched F# and D), Crotales (pitched F# and D), Tambourine, 2 Tom-toms, Cowbell, Guiro
