This product has been endorsed by several pros, however only Steve Weiss had it ....Love playing with it- solid fat punch on my kick drum.

The main reason I ordered this was the chrome rod unfortunately the rod is not centered and kinda sits at a funny angle .. crooked is the word I'm looking for. It works fine but if it were a local purchase I would've returned it as 'irregular' .. can't blame Steve Weiss cuz I didn't complain until now. Still love the beater and the price.

Great quality beater. Zoro is the man, so if he uses this one how can you go wrong? This is a great beater to add to your collection. Produces a big, full and punchy sound. My order from Steve Weiss went smooth and shipped quickly. I am very satisfied.

I've played drums all my life and I'm 70 so there have been many B.D. beaters that I've used. Designed by "Zoro" who's played with just about everyone, developed what I consider the ultimate beater for the types of music I play. Which is R&B, Soul, Funk, R&R, Reggae, Country, etc. Anything that needs and has a deep pocket groove is what winds my clock. This beater gives a nice fat sound that's not too sharp sounding like some of the harder materials can cause. The felt is plenty hard enough to put a nice fat punchy sound to your bass drum. You can tell I'm old because I don't refer to it as a kick and I play a drum set! I highly reccommend this product!
