Davila-Latin Cuisine (SP)-B/X/M/P

Latin Cuisine is Lalo Davila's latest set of tunes for percussion ensemble. This set includes 4 pieces - A La Escuela, Just Bring The Soca, Baila Conmigo, & Por La Ruth . These latin pieces are a great way to introduce a beginner percussion ensemble to the different types of latin rhythms and grooves. Also, only 7 players are needed, so these are very playable pieces by most percussion ensembles!

Instrumentation :

A La Escuela - Bells, Xylophone, Marimba, Bongos, Timbales, Maracas, Claves, Cowbells

Just Bring The Soca - Bells, Xylophone, Marimba, Bongos, Timbales (w/2 cowbells), Small Bass Drum or Floor Tom, Snare Drum

Baila Conmigo - Bells, Xylophone, Marimba, Bongos, Guiro, Cha Cha Bell (small cowbell)

Por La Ruth - Bells, Xylophone, Marimba, Bongos, Congas, Bongo Bell (cowbell), Shekere
