I am very pleased with Dragonfly Percussion's Rattan Celeste mallets as they expand the capabilities of orchestra bells as a performance instrument. I use them on my Musser bells as I play with my church ensemble. They are the perfect mallets to alternate between with regular hard mallets especially when repeating passages solo or as an echo effect. I like these so much better than the fiberglass version as they feel more natural and do have a heavier or fuller feel to them. The sound produced is very unique and I started to get really positive comments the first time I used them!
