The Dream 19" Eclipse Series Crash Cymbal is made completely by hand. This crash cymbal offers a wide open crash when struck on shoulder. When played closer to the center, ride cymbal-like qualities are brought forward being responsive, and articulate. Speaks clearly through every dynamic level.
Eclipse Series cymbals are created by firing the cymbals in an oven and hand hammering before immersing the cymbal in a salt water bath. After the metal is soaked it returns to the oven, and is re-fired before coming out and getting treated with a Bliss style lathe on the outer edges.
