I love this piece. I think it is more challenging that advanced high school. The song is fun, but also challenging technically. There are octaves necessary in both hands.

Echoes From The Lives Before by Manfred Menke is a four mallet solo scored for 4.5 octave marimba (low F). This piece is based on one main motive that "echoes" throughout the piece. This solo would be appropriate for advanced high school - early college level players. Duration: 5'40"
