Encore NMC7R Nanae Mimura Heavy Bass Rattan Marimba Mallets

This is the Bass mallet from Encore's Nanae Mimura Heavy Series. Its large core is wrapped in a nylon/acrylic mixture and sit on a quality rattan handle. This mallet is designed to deliver rich, defined and playable tones from the lower octave of a five octave marimba. The Heavy Series mallets are more weighted than the original series and have a more articulate yarn to cut through when playing with a group.
