Niimi-Etudes for Marimba I, II, III-M

Etudes for Marimba I, II, and III by Tokuhide Niimi are set up as exercises to work on independence of the right and left hand, to sing melodies, control dynamics and balance, make beautiful harmonies, etc. All etudes are written for two mallets. The works can be played not only for practice but also in concert or recital.

Two of the etudes have melodic material drawn from Bach's works and one from Debussy.
