Easy to set up and knock down- plastic connector bits could be a little more attractive.

The Gibraltar GPRGSL Large Gong Stand is made from 1-1/2" rack tubing allowing for the support of the heaviest gongs. Collapses easily for transport. Gibraltar rack clamps and accessories can be added to this gong stand for endless possibilities.

Everything about the Gibraltar gong stand works great for me! I own 5 of them! With 11 gongs in my collection versatility is important. I can mix and match components with ease to create different ways to showcase the instruments. The side wing pieces add even more dimension. If you're looking for strength, great looks and flexibility this is a great solution!
Nice Stand but S-Hook Mounts are Fragile

The rack stand itself is ver sturdy and, with the wheel attachments, very easy to move around. The one notable flaw is that the S-Hook mounts (those which hold the gong) are molded-plastic and can easily crack if the wing nut is over-tightened. All the other rack/stand joints are metal and extremely solid. Would be nice to see Gibraltar use a metal mount for S-hooks rather than the plastic.
