The idea of switching out the blades is cool, and it's nice and compact, however the sound is just not musical. Other crashers have a higher, dry trashy sound. This just sounds like pieces of scrap metal. Maybe great for musical theater or sound design but it's definitely not going to fit into as many musical styles as others. Also the screws stick up well above the instrument...come on, this was the worst part of the Rhythm Tech design.
