This tambourine sounds fantastic, just like the orchestral models. Bronze jingles are darker and have a dry sound, compared to the silver ones which are a bit brighter with more resonance. Bronze is more vintage-sounding. The padded striking surface is a great touch and really should be standard on all higher-end hand tambourines. Only real complaint is it feels a bit larger than most others like the LP Cyclops, and there's not really a handle at all so it can be a bit awkward to hold at first. It's the orchestral model without the head and with the padded striking surface. However it is easy to control after you get used to that!
