Nice solid rubber rim guard, prevents clicking on the rim when rolling at very quiet dynamics. A little pricey but looks nice. Fits well on my 14x5 Philharmonic
Description
The Grover Rim Guard is compatible with any drum and any metal rim, including all triple-flanged and die-cast rims. It is securely attached and easily removed. This protects against unwanted accidental rim clicks when performing quiet rolls near the rim. Easily attached and removed and does not leave residue like sticky mole skin.

Purchased two for my concert snares and they work perfectly. Simply snap them on to the rim and the rim guard becomes the perfect place to rest your sticks during rests of short duration. Because the rim guard is slightly elevated above the rim, your sticks make no sound when you put them on the rim guard. It works exactly as described!
