Only read the first couple of pages. This piece is pretty decent for a mallet piece that's written by a non-percussionist. However, there are some sections that remind me of the type of "target practice" that's in the Goldenberg "modern school for marimba ..." There are some sections that are extremely difficult to stick if not impossible at the tempo provided. I can only give this a 3/5 since since I have only read the first couple of pages.
