Heavy Circles by Joseph Harchanko is a four mallet solo scored for 5 octave marimba. This piece was inspired by the Vasily Kandinsky painting of the same name. This high energy solo is written as a tour de force for the virtuosic abilities of Thomas Burritt, to whom the piece is dedicated.
