Rivers Run by John Herndon is a jubilant percussion ensemble work for beginning to intermediate percussionists. The piece is inspired by the elation Herndon felt when he learned that he was to be a father. As such, the piece aims to represent the joy incited by the wonder of the world around us. Rivers Run is an uplifting piece that is perfect for young percussionists.
