This stand was impressive the first time I saw it. (Finally a crotale stand that isn't such a huge hassle to move from place to place!! Wheels are awesome!) After working with and around this product, there is no way to screw or secure the crotales onto the stand. For lack of a better word, the nubs that face up to hold the crotale are wrapped in rubber. Therefore, even if I wanted to put some sort of clip on the nubs so that the chorales wouldn't fly off, I couldn't. Crotales aren't cheap either! Inevitably when our crotales fall to the ground because the stand is mobile, it is disappointing.
