Journey to Beyond by Michael Varner for multiple percussion soloist and percussion ensemble. This piece was written to spotlight the percussionist's ability to perform on a diverse collection of instruments.

Instrumentation (6 players):
Soloist - tambourine, djembe, marching quint-toms
Player 1 - vibraphone, marimba, xylophone, suspended cymbals
Player 2 - marimba 1
Player 3 - marimba 2, xylophone (shared)
Player 4 - bells, bass drum, brake drum, marimba (shared), chimes (shared)
Player 5 - 5 Japanese temple gongs, chimes (shared), timpani, suspended cymbal, log drums, shaker
