Davila-Junkyard Rumble (SP)-P

Junkyard Rumble by Julie Davila isa really fun, energetic, "stomp" type piece that can be played with 8 to however many players you want to include. It is recommended to double, triple or quadruple players for increased effects of the audio and visual presentation. Encourage your students to come up with their own "look" for costuming ideas to increase the authenticity of an outdoor street type, junkyard environment.

Supplies:
4 to 10 two and a half gallon galvanized silver buckets. You will need to add rivets to the top rim of the bucket to enhance the sound (instructions included with score)
Large plastic or rubber maid type trash cans
5-gallon pickle buckets
Large poles (2 inches in diameter and approximately 6 feet tall)
Blastiks
Paper bags

* The number of supplies needed is determined by how many performers are used.
