Jeremy Cane's piece entitled Escape from Pirate Cove is an exciting piece for beginning concert percussion ensemble. This piece makes use of all of the standard percussion instruments, allowing for practical instuction of music and technique together. Escape from Pirate Cove offers a unique opportunity for teaching while still be a fun piece of music for younger students.
