As a non-percussionist teaching a percussion class, I appreciate the systematic approach this book uses to introduce and practice the rudiments. I am using it with excellent success as our class method as we warm-up each day. The less advanced students are progressing the fastest and the rudiments are no longer a mystery to them.

A great book for learning and also a great book for a tutorial for the player who may need to work on technique. This book is also a nice tool for being able to come up with your own ideas and expand your vocabulary on the drum.
