Excellent 2 mallet piece for Mallets for High School/College level. Challenging and extremely dynamic. Musicality and dynamic control is a must. One muatvalso have a pianomplayer that follows the soloist. Originally written for Violin but transcribed for Xylophone/Marimba. I highly recommend that you include this piece.

It is important to know that this piece may prove difficult and in need for adjustments if one doesn't play the xylophone part on a 4-Octv. Xylophone. I tried playing the solo on my 3.5-Octv. Xylo and I had to make some odd jumps in the music to account for the missing notes.
